The Hillandale Citizens Association (HCA) is a nonprofit, volunteer-run civic group dedicated to building and sustaining our community. Since 1937, HCA has shared timely information, advocated for the interests of the Hillandale neighborhood, and hosted topical meetings and special events
When you become a member, you are not just paying dues, you are investing in the place you call home.
Why Join the HCA?

Community You Can Count On: Join in neighborhood traditions like National Night Out, holiday celebrations, and seasonal events that bring families and friends together.
A Real Voice in Local Decisions: Have your concerns represented directly to Montgomery County officials on issues like zoning, safety, and transportation — so what matters to you is heard where it counts.
Your Vote Counts: As a member, you can help us decide on community priorities, projects, events, and leadership of the association.
Visible Improvements Around You: Safer streets, neighborhood watch efforts, landscaping, and beautification projects that make Hillandale a better place to live.

Membership is $30 annually per household
